Toy Review ~ Pure Pleasure Glass Dildo

One of the Toys Every Woman Should Have – the glass dildo. It’s just one of those solid basics. Glass can be easily made in a variety of sinuous shapes, and is naturally polished to beautiful finish. Once made, the material also has a unique set of thermal properties that give it that unique feel when inserted. As dildos go, the material is surprisingly versatile, and suitable to many fetishes. Here, the Pure Pleasure becomes the first silica member of our collection.

The Package

Dirty Store Basic – fused clamshell plastic so you can see the goods, and the same package can be used for many different toys and sold under many different brands. Nothing special, but nothing that bad, either.

Getting Familiar

The Pure Pleasure actually comes with a surprisingly complete kit, including a velvet bag and a lube sample.

Pure Pleasure has a bulbous shape with two round ends of different sizes, hopefully making sure that it has shape somewhere that suits you. The glass is polished to a flawless finish, and the toy is solid throughout with no bubbles. My compliments to the glass maker.

Putting it to work

The Pure Pleasure shares a lot of traits with njoy toys, by virtue of being made of polished, nonporous material. It takes very little lube to get the entire surface slicked up for use, and it is a little difficult to hold once lubricated. When I pressed the narrow end into Mina it disappeared effortlessly into her. But the shape of it, which has it getting slightly fatter towards the other end, meant that her muscles would tend to squirt it out. I reversed it, putting the spherical end in first. At first there was a moment of “will that fit in there” pause. It is roughly the same size as the big end of the njoy pure wand, and the head of my cock. I bit my lips and forged ahead. Mina reacted strongly to the big end spreading her open and disappearing inside. Once in her, her muscles held it tightly in place, making it hard to remove later.

The first time I felt the Pure Pleasure, I honestly thought that it was the Njoy Pleasure Wand. After all.. i couldn’t see a thing. Even Sylvanus’s cock upon first insertion is a but uncomfortable in that good kind of way. Once in however, my body happily stretches around him. That is a very good feeling.

So the Pure Pleasure literally popped inside me. I gasped at the feel of it and slowly felt my pussy stretch and accommodate it.  It left me feeling very pleasantly filled. I was laying on my stomach, with my hips propped up by a pillow. This caused the Pure Pleasure to be pressed into my g spot. As I ground my hips I could feel the dildo moving against my walls. When Sylvanus finally removed the dildo, it once again met resistance. Now my muscles have begun to tighten around it and didn’t want to let it go! It came out with a pop once more.

All in all, I’d say the Pure Pleasure was a great first choice for a glass dildo. The ribbed sections feel wonderful and you have the option of using a thinner or fatter end. I’m quite pleased with it and can’t wait to explore using it. It will be fun to play with temperature.

One downside, or upside, depending on your perspective, is that the toy’s beautiful finish and clear material makes any sort of stain or dried material on it readily apparent. This means that the toy has to be kept super clean or it is instantly off-putting to look at, which means either that you have to keep it very clean, or that you are frequently going to be disappointed in how it looks. Helpfully, it is dishwasher-safe, though you want to make sure the kids aren’t going to help you put away that load!

Conclusions

Pure pleasure is a nice glass dildo. It’s hard to say too much more about it, because, well, a dildo doesn’t do a lot. The toy is clearly made well, and suited to a woman’s body. The two ends means that almost everyoen will find something that suits their needs pretty well. It comes at a reasonable price, and with even the most basic care should last a long, long time.
