Contest #2 and a name change

Amorphous does not seem to fit me any more, and it fits Mina even less. I have found a name that I now think is appropriate, and for this, I am going to do another contest: The first person who correctly elucidates the origin of this name will win a picture/story of their choice from us.
So…let’s go for it obscure warriors!
Umm … if you mean the name Sylvanus it is the the Roman equivilent to Pan …. I think. A God of the woods and nature. But not sure if that was where you were headed. Guess I actually remember something from the mythology course in college. But then you may have been going fo the whole fertility God thing too. Hugs!
Well, judging by your new email address, and your twitter picture, I would say the origin of the name refers to Bishop Sylvanus, legend says he was possessed by an incubus, allegedly tried to make love to a woman, (some say a nun) she got so offended that she yelled and people came rushing towards her, and found Bishop Sylvanus underneath her bed. He was successful in his defense that the incubus possessed him and aimed to discredit him.
I hope this is right.

Mina and I thought the concept of an incubus suited my personality.
The story of Bishop Sylvanus was simply too perfect.
